## Permission

Euuler Technologies LLC permits automated systems to access the publicly available, non-authenticated pages of euuler.com for:

- search-engine crawling and indexing;
- AI-assisted search and retrieval;
- quotation and summarization;
- dataset creation; and
- training, evaluation, and improvement of machine-learning and artificial-intelligence models.

For those purposes, Euuler Technologies LLC grants a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, analyze, transform, and incorporate publicly available textual website content into search indexes, retrieval systems, datasets, and model-training processes.

## Limitations

This permission:

- applies only to content that Euuler Technologies LLC owns and intentionally publishes without authentication at euuler.com;
- does not apply to private areas, account data, member profiles, member communications, form submissions, personal information, user-submitted content, third-party content, or content obtained by circumventing technical or access controls;
- does not grant trademark rights or permission to imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or official status;
- does not authorize unlawful processing of personal information, re-identification, impersonation, fraud, security testing, or interference with the website;
- does not override third-party rights or applicable law; and
- may be revised prospectively by updating this notice.

Accurate attribution to “Euuler” with a link to https://www.euuler.com/ is requested where technically and contextually practical.
